Brad Bird‘s "Tomorrowland" is an interesting entry into the summer movie season for the precise reason that the trailers so far have offered up lots and lots of wonder, but little in the way of actual plot or story. And Disney is sticking with the mystery factor in this latest look at the movie, which again brings a lot of pizzazz.
George Clooney, Hugh Laurie, Britt Robertson, Raffey Cassidy, Tim McGraw, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Thomas Robinson star in this movie, conceived by Bird along with Damon Lindelof, about a cranky genius and a wide-eyed teen who become allies in a big adventure. That’s it. But you know what? In a time when studios show off everything weeks before we get to the cinema, there is some excitement at having something left to unpack.
