'Birds Of Prey' Soundtrack Trailer: The DC Comics Film Is Teased Along With Its Female-Driven Music

If you’re a person that is part of my generation, you might remember the good ol’ days where the year’s biggest blockbusters used to be accompanied by soundtracks that you absolutely must own. Who else remembers buying the “Spawn” soundtrack in the late-‘90s? Just me? Okay, probably not the best example. But nevertheless, over the years, the blockbuster soundtrack hasn’t really stuck around, except with certain comic book films.

Over the past couple of years, films like “Black Panther” and “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” not only were great films but also had some of the best soundtracks of the decade. “Birds of Prey” is hoping to keep that trend going with its female-focused tracklisting.

As seen in a new “trailer” for the soundtrack to “Birds of Prey,” not only are we given sneak peeks at the tracks that make up the record, but we also get some new bits and pieces of footage interspersed. You know…because film fans might not care about the music but definitely care about Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn.

The soundtrack features some big female music artists of today, including Halsey, Doja Cat, K. Flay, and Megan Thee Stallion. Not only that, but the album also includes a song by Black Canary (a character in the film), doing a cover of the famous “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World.”
