With three seasons of FX’s “Fargo” now wrapped up, and the next one likely not coming anytime soon, you might be looking for a fix of Minnesota Nice. The seven-time Oscar-nominated film follows the hapless, small-time Minnesota car salesman Jerry Lundegaard (William H. Macy) who hires two thugs (Steve Buscemi and Peter Stormare) to kidnap his wife so he can collect the ransom from his wealthy father-in-law. However, once people start dying, the very chipper and very pregnant Police Chief Marge Gunderson (Frances McDormand) takes the case, and uncovers no shortage of malfeasance.
