Really? Ok, what’s the story going to be about?
“It’s about a guy on Broadway who is gay, has HIV and AIDS, and has to go back and face his wife and his kids that he left. It’s very funny. The premise doesn’t sound funny, but it is. All right?”
No other deets that we can find. When’s it coming out? Or how far is it along? Well, considering John sounds like he hasn’t even written the songs yet, it might be a while, but comedy aside, will this film (if that’s what it indeed it is), show a more serious side of Stiller considering it’s subject matter? Time will tell.
John hasn’t done any great work in a number of years, but his ’70s material is still vastly underrated to younger audiences.
