Jessica Chastain Wants Your Help To Find Her Own "Bond Boy" For Upcoming Spy Thriller

It’s been almost a year since it was announced that actress Jessica Chastain was going to team up with some of the biggest actresses in the world to create her own spy franchise with the help of filmmaker Simon Kinberg. The film, titled “355,” would be the female equivalent of the famous action-adventure spy films like the legendary James Bond franchise. And much like the James Bond franchise, it would appear that Chastain is on the hunt for some eye candy to play opposite the female spies.

In a new Twitter post, Chastain seems to be hinting that the hunt is on for a “#BondBoy” for her upcoming spy thriller. As she says in the tweet, “If you were going to make an ensemble female action movie and you needed a #BondBoy who would you cast? Asking for a friend. #eyecandyneeded.”

For those not familiar with “355,” the film stars Chastain alongside Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Lupita Nyong’o, and Fan Bingbing (maybe). While the plot of the film is not yet known, “355” is being described as a thriller in the same vein as Bond, ‘Bourne,’ and “Mission: Impossible,” but you know, with a lot of ladies.

So, it would appear that much like those films, “355” needs a healthy dose of eye candy in the form of a Bond Boy. Perhaps just for fun, the film could cast Daniel Craig and really turn the tables? Obviously, with a cast like that, there’s not going to be any shortage of men willing to step in the role of objectified human that will no doubt have sex with one of the spies and then be forgotten by the sequel.

“355” doesn’t have a release date, but with casting clearly about to ramp up, we can assume that production will soon follow.
