‘Lioness’ Season 3 Trailer: Zoe Saldaña Faces Her Most Personal Mission Yet

Taylor Sheridan’s espionage thriller returns as Zoe Saldaña's Joe discovers that the latest conflict has reached deep into her personal life.

Zoe Saldaña is back in the field, but the latest assignment may bring the war closer to home than ever before. Paramount+ has released the official trailer for “Lioness” Season 3, which premieres August 2.

Created by Taylor Sheridan, the espionage thriller returns with hidden networks, foreign operatives, and personal betrayals converging around Joe, played by Saldaña. As the Lioness team embarks on what is being described as its most dangerous mission yet, Joe finds herself struggling to maintain the increasingly fragile boundary between her duties and her family.

The new season follows Joe as she begins uncovering patterns where none should exist, with names disappearing and established paths suddenly changing. Guided by Kaitlyn (Nicole Kidman) and Westfield (Michael Kelly), she must confront enemies operating in the shadows while reckoning with a conflict that has infiltrated nearly every part of her life.

Season 3 also brings back Morgan Freeman, Laysla De Oliveira, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan, Genesis Rodriguez, Austin Hébert, Jonah Wharton, Thad Luckinbill, Hannah Love Lanier, and Ian Bohen.

Sheridan executive produces alongside David C. Glasser, Saldaña, Kidman, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Wagner, David Lemanowicz, Geyer Kosinski, and Keith Cox. Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios produce the series.
