‘Invasion’ Trailer: Season 3 Of Apple’s Sci-Fi Series Returns On August 22 As Humanity Clashes With Invading Aliens

Later this month, we’ll see the return of the Apple TV+ series “Invasion” as it debuts on August 22, with the season expected to wrap up by October 24. The streamer has sent us a new trailer for the third season to share, which highlights new conflicts for our protagonists, who are dealing with a deadly alien invasion on Earth.

This third season of “Invasion” stars Golshifteh Farahani (“Extraction 2”), Shioli Kutsuna (“Deadpool”), Shamier Anderson (“John Wick 4”), India Brown (“Honey Bunch”), Shane Zaza, Enver Gjokaj, and Erika Alexander.

A logline for the show and new season via Apple:

“Invasion” follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world. In season three, those perspectives collide for the first time, as the series’ main characters are brought together to work as a team on a critical mission to infiltrate the alien mothership. The ultimate apex aliens have finally emerged, rapidly spreading their deadly tendrils across our planet. It will take all our heroes working together, using all their experience and expertise, to save our species. New relationships are formed, old relationships are challenged and even shattered, as an international cast of characters must become a team before it’s too late.

The show was co-created by Simon Kinberg and David Weil, who also serve as executive producers alongside Audrey Chon, David Witz, Alik Sakharov, Dan Dietz, Katie O’Connell Marsh, and Nick Nantell.
