‘Reacher’ Season 5 Enlists Jay Baruchel & Kevin Durand For Key Roles In Alan Ritchson’s Hit Prime Show

During San Diego Comic-Con, Prime Video unleashed trailers for the fourth season of its hit series “Reacher,” starring Alan Ritchson (“Motor City”), and the spinoff show “Neagley,” led by Maria Sten. There is now word that some well-known Canadian actors have joined Season 5 of the mainstay action-packed series, one of the more popular Prime originals, that happens to shoot in Canada.

Deadline has revealed that funny man Jay Baruchel (“This Is The End,” “Goon”) and veteran genre actor Kevin Durand (“Abigail,” “Naked Gun,” “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes”) have taking key roles alongside other newcomers to the show such as Amanda Ip (“Transplant,” “Plan B,” “Cross”) and Ciara Bravo (“Voicemails for Isabelle,” “The Most Dangerous Game”).

Others joining the show include Sydelle Noel, Chris Marquette, AGNEZ MO, Anggun, Kevin Weisman, Marc Blucas, Kevin Corrigan, and Kathleen Robertson.

The series hails from Paramount Television Studios and Amazon MGM Studios and is written for television by Nick Santora (“FUBAR,” “Prison Break”), who serves as showrunner and executive producer on “Reacher.” Chil and Ritchson also serve as executive producers on Season 4, alongside Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt, Lisa Kussner, Sam Hill, Amy Pocha and Seth Cohen.
