According to THR, Zach Cregger is set to write and direct a reboot of “Resident Evil.” The film will be based on the video game franchise that follows a strong heroine who takes on zombies and other monsters, as well as an evil corporation. It’s unclear when we might see this new “Resident Evil” arrive, but with Cregger on board, you better believe we’ll be keeping an eye on this one.
