Watch: Scarlett Johansson Finds Love In ‘SNL’ Parody Trailer ‘Black Widow: Age Of Me’

Black Widow, SNL"I’ve spoken to Kevin [Feige] about it," Scarlett Johansson recently told Collider about the prospect of a standalone Black Widow movie. "I mean, of course, of course we’ve had that conversation before, and I think Kevin would also like to see a standalone film. I think I can speak for him and say that. That’s all, really. Right now I think this character is used well in this part of the universe, but I think that Kevin — I mean, we’ve talked about it and we both share a similar vision for what could be a standalone series.” And while it remains to be seen what that vision is, and if it’ll ever come to fruition, "Saturday Night Live" has stepped into to fill the void.

Over the weekend, Johansson hosted the show, and as per usual, it’s one of the digital shorts that proved to be a highlight. "Black Widow: Age Of Me" finds Natasha Romanoff recast as just another girl trying to make it in the big city. She’s got a job at a fashion magazine, and starts a relationship with the villainous Ultron, and of course, complications ensue.

It’s a decent little goof, and amusing enough, so check it out below. Who says Marvel can’t reinvent themselves?
