‘Paddington In Peru’ Trailer: The Beloved Bear Goes On A Jungle Adventure Later This Year

The two ‘Paddington’ films are often brought up as some of the very best family-friendly movies to be released over the last decade. So, with that sort of praise, it’s no surprise that we’re getting a third.

As seen in the trailer for “Paddington in Peru,” the film follows the story of the beloved bear as he ventures to Peru to visit his Aunt Lucy, who lives at the Home for Retired Bears. And wouldn’t you know it? While in Peru, Paddington and the Brown family end up experiencing various hijinks that force them to uncover the secrets to a grand mystery. 

Paddington is voiced by Ben Whishaw. The rest of the cast includes Hugh Bonneville, Emily Mortimer, Antonio Banderas, Olivia Colman, Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Joslin, Carla Tous, and Jim Broadbent. “Paddington in Peru” is directed by Dougal Wilson, who is making his feature film debut with the children’s film.

“Paddington in Peru” debuts in U.K. cinemas on November 8 via Studio Canal before hitting the U.S. on January 17. You can watch the trailer below.

PADDINGTON IN PERU brings Paddington’s story to Peru as he returns to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears. With the Brown Family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues when a mystery plunges them into an unexpected journey through the Amazon rainforest and up to the mountain peaks of Peru.
