Exclusive: A Gun Is Drawn In An Intense Clip From 'A Monster With A Thousand Heads'

There is probably no political issue more divisive than the battle surrounding health care, and it’s one that becomes more intensely argued when a health issue hits close to home. And in Rodrigo Plá‘s upcoming “A Monster With A Thousand Heads,” that desperation drives a woman to go extremes to secure whatever care is needed for her husband.

Starring Jana Raluy, Sebastián Aguirre Boëda, Hugo Albores, Nora Huerta, Daniel Giménez Cacho, Emilio Echeverria, Ilya Cazés, Noé Hernández, and Verónica Falcón, the story centers on Sonia who receives the news that her husband’s cancer has progressed to a terminal stage. Racing to secure the insurance company approval for the care that can help him, Sonia is met with indifference and negligence at every turn, leaving her to take a more primal approach to getting what she needs. And as you’ll see in this clip, no option is off the table.

“A Monster With A Thousand Heads” is now playing in limited release. Watch the clip above.
