2019 Foreign Language Film Oscars Predictions

Alfonso Cuaron’s “Roma” may win Best Picture or it may not, but it should certainly take the Foreign Language Film category. If not, Pawel Pawlikowski’s “Cold War” has support in numerous guilds and could surprise. The chances “Roma” loses here are quite slim though. [Updated Feb. 12]
