Even in light of a conducting a relentless marketing campaign encompassing lots of footage, rumors, talking head spots and more, Marvel has pulled off the trick of keeping the finer points of "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" under lock and key. This is true in particular when it comes to the villainous A.I. Ultron.
“I remember pretty clearly a conversation we had on the set of the first movie, about how Ultron related [to] the other A.I. we had established in the movie [J.A.R.V.I.S.], and how that could relate to The Vision character,” Marvel exec Kevin Feige told EW. “We had presumed it from early on —and the specifics of the story and all that stuff is where Joss started.” If you don’t mind spoilers, you can read more at the magazine’s site about how J.A.R.V.I.S. and Ultron are intertwined, or you can just wait to see the movie.
Last night, a bunch of press saw a screening of ‘Age Of Ultron.’ For the most part, they were very impressed: the film is "amazing," "more emotional" and features "insane action." Of course, Marvel is wasting no time getting going on the two-part follow-up ‘Infinity War.’
According to Badass Digest, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who penned the two ‘Captain America‘ movies, will join Joe and Anthony Russo on ‘Infinity War.’ Obviously, no plot details yet. 5/7/2015 Update: Markus and McFeely are confirmed for the two-part gig according to Marvel.
For now, check out the reactions (via Comic Book Movie) from those who saw the movie below.
.@Avengers #AgeOfUltron might be the most true to the comic movie ever. So many images taken right off the page that made me faint with joy.

Avengers: Age of Ultron: An entire "phase" in Soylent brick form. More nerd plot, more spectacle, more sarcasm. Feeling good dizzy.

#AvengersAgeOfUltron is darker, weirder and more emotional than the original. It’s also the thrill ride to beat this summer.

Whedon stuffs Avengers Age of Ultron with an impossible amount of great geekiness. Sometimes it feels like too much, but he pulls it off!

Avengers 2 is both an amazing sequel and a fantastic setup for the rest of the MCU. So nerdy in the best possible way.

Just saw AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. Soooooooo many characters and soooooo much going on, I can’t believe it’s coherent, let alone so fun.

Okay, I’ve decided: Avengers: Age Of Ultron > First Avengers — mostly because Hawkeye is basically the main character.

Cut shown was 2 hrs 21 mins. #AvengersAgeOfUltron

Avengers: Age Of Ultron is bigger, more complex, darker, more action packed than the first film, but ultimately not as much fun.

AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON is loaded with insane action, great character moments, and funny dialogue. Joss did the impossible again.

Avengers Age of Ultron is good not as euphoric as first movie. Great third act though.
