Hip hop artist Eminem has revealed that he will appear in a cameo role in Judd Apatow’s upcoming dramedy film “Funny People,” VIBE magazine reports.
“I just did a cameo a few months ago with Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen in a Judd Apatow produced film. It’s called ‘Funny People’,” revealed Eminem. “I kinda do a little cameo in that, which was fun by the way. And ‘8 Mile’ was not a fun movie to shoot.” “8 Mile” is of course the 2002 film loosely based on Eminem’s early days as an amateur rapper in Detroit.
Eminem’s first album in five years, Relapse, was just released on May 15th. So, will his musical comeback bleed into the world of cinema too? “Will I end up doing another movie again?” Eminem asks. “Probably yeah.” Look out for that.
“Funny People” is out July 31st.
