Tyler Perry is a machine. And even though common sense would dictate that there are no cyborgs walking around Earth right now posing as humans, one has to question that fact when you think of Perry. Since 2006, the filmmaker has directed almost 20 films. That doesn’t count the dozens of episodes of TV and various plays he’s also helmed in that time. Needless to say, it’s not that surprising that Perry has two films coming out this year.
In March, the filmmaker released “Acrimony,” which went on to be a modest hit for the director. And in November, he’s back with a new film called “Nobody’s Fool,” which stars another person that’s all over the place lately, Tiffany Haddish.
In the new trailer for “Nobody’s Fool,” audiences get a taste of what they can expect in Perry’s latest comedy. Haddish plays a woman just out of jail, who lives with her sister, who happens to be poised to take the VP position in her company. However, hilarity ensues when Haddish does her Haddish thing, which involves all sorts of wacky situations. She also uncovers the fact that her highly-professional sister might be the victim of catfishing.
As mentioned, the film is written and directed by Perry. “Nobody’s Fool” stars Haddish, Tika Sumpter, Whoopi Goldberg, Omari Hardwick, and Amber Riley.
“Nobody’s Fool” is scheduled to hit theaters on November 2.

Trying to get back on her feet, wild child Tanya (Tiffany Haddish) looks to her buttoned-up, by the book sister Danica (Tika Sumpter) to help her get back on track. As these polar opposites collide — with hilarious and sometimes disastrous results — Tanya discovers that Danica’s picture-perfect life — including her mysterious boyfriend — may not be what it seems.
