Is winter getting you down? Are you tired of all these high-falutin' Oscar movies? Well, not to worry because if you can't get away, you'll still be able to let your hair down and live vicariously through the riotous, booze fueled party of "Project X."
Produced by Todd Phillips ("The Hangover," "Old School") his stamp is felt over the picture as it chronicles (found footage style) the hijinks of a party that gets seriously out of hand. Commercials director Nima Nourizadeh gets behind the cameras of the low budget $12 million movie that draws on a cast of mostly unknowns (Miles Teller of "Rabbit Hole" might be the biggest one of the bunch), to go into some very R-rated territory. All you have to do is take a look at the pics to see how far things go. How on Earth do flamethrowers get involved? You'll have to see for yourself because plot details are being kept wrapped up.
"Project X" arrives in theaters on March 2nd.
