‘Terrifier 3’ Teaser: Art The Clown Continues His Reign Of Terror During Christmas In The Horror Sequel

Last year, Damien Leone’s “Terrifier 2” stunned the film industry by being a micro-budget, unrated horror film that actually made millions at the box office in a very small theatrical run. This is a film that is a sequel to a movie that only hit streaming and was little more than a cult hit. But after “Terrifier 2” and its box office success, Leone’s horror franchise is one of the hottest things going. Now, we see if the filmmaker can build on that success with “Terrifier 3.”

Fresh off its inclusion in the recent re-release of “Terrifier 2,” the teaser for “Terrifier 3” has finally been given to the general public. In the teaser, we see what Leone’s latest twist is in his slasher—he’s making it a Christmas movie. While we don’t know too much about the plot of the film—the teaser really does just tease—we are now expecting to see grotesque slasher Art the Clown terrorizing folks during the holidays. 

In addition to the general setting, we also know that there are some members of the “Terrifier 2” cast returning for the next outing. Obviously, we have David Howard Thornton returning as Art the Clown, a role he has played in the two previous films. Lauren LaVera is also making a return as Sienna, the “Final Girl” of this franchise. We’ll have to see how much of her special abilities are also on display. And once again, Damien Leone returns as writer and director.
