After the end of “The Big Bang Theory,” actress Kaley Cuoco has been tackling the thriller genre with shows such as “The Flight Attendant” and “Based On A True Story,” and with that in mind, she is back with the new four-part MGM+ streaming miniseries “Vanished” that pairs her up with British actor Sam Clafin (“Daisy Jones & The Six”) in yet another project that again has thriller elements. The two play a couple on vacation in Paris, and events also take them to the south of France.
“Vanished” was co-created by David Hilton and Preston Thompson (also writes), with Barnaby Thompson directing all four episodes. Additional cast members of “Vanished” include Karin Viard (“Polisse,” “The Bélier Family”), Matthias Schweighöfer (“Oppenheimer,” “Army of the Dead”), Simon Abkarian (“Casino Royale,” “To Take a Wife”), and Dar Zuzovsky (“The Saints,” “The Survivor”).
