The final “Avengers: Doomsday” trailer has arrived, and this time, the Marvel Cinematic Universe feels bigger than ever. The teaser brings together the Fantastic Four, or at least Ben Grimm, aka The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), the Wakandan stakeholders, and the people of Talokan for what’s shaping up to be the most global, elemental, and emotionally loaded chapter in the saga’s long history.

Set to the somber version of the Avengers theme by Alan Silvestri, the trailer confirms that M’Baku—played once again by Winston Duke—now reigns as King of Wakanda, a mantle passed on in the wake of seismic change. Standing beside Black Panther, Shuri (Letitia Wright), he prepares his kingdom for an alliance unlike any before.
Among the most striking imagery: the Fantastic Four’s Thing boarding one of those Wakandan vessels, a clear signal that the cosmic explorers have entered the fight on Earth. While not in the same scene, the Wakandan warriors and Talokan’s aquatic forces, led by Namor (Tenoch Huerta), are seen, presumably getting ready to join the fray.
While Doctor Doom is never shown, his looming threat is nonetheless felt: disparate heroes with no existing relationship team up and put their differences aside to face a greater threat. The teaser feels like the emotional and political culmination of the Multiverse Saga, grounded in elemental conflict and loyalty.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, “Avengers: Doomsday” opens in theaters on December 18, 2026. The film unites the MCU’s most powerful dynasties for a showdown that’s both mythic and personal—a war of worlds where the line between ally and enemy blurs beneath the tide.
