‘Nuremberg’ Teaser Trailer: TIFF-Bound Nazi Drama Starring Russell Crowe & Rami Malek Heads To Theaters November 7

Veteran screenwriter James Vanderbilt (“Basic,” “Zodiac,” “The Amazing Spider-Man”) is getting behind the camera for the historical drama “Nuremberg,” which sees Oscar-winner Russell Crowe playing brutal Nazi Herman Göring opposite fellow Oscar-winner Rami Malek, who is in the part of a US Army psychiatrist, Douglas Kelley, seeking answers during the Nuremberg trials, for the actions and horrific crimes of the Nazi regime.

We can now share a second teaser trailer for “Nuremberg,” which was adapted from the book “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist” by Jack El-Hai.

The Allies, led by the unyielding chief prosecutor, Robert H. Jackson (Michael Shannon), have the task of ensuring the Nazi regime answers for the unveiled horrors of the Holocaust, while a US Army psychiatrist (Rami Malek) is locked in a dramatic psychological duel with former Reichsmarschall Herman Göring (Russell Crowe).

Other actors that will be appearing in the drama include Michael Shannon, Leo Woodall, Richard E. Grant, John Slattery, Mark O’Brien, Colin Hanks, Lydia Peckham, and Wrenn Schmidt.

The producing team assembled for the pic consists of Richard Saperstein, Bradley J. Fischer, William Sherak, and Walden Media‘s Frank Smith, Benjamin Tappan, and Cherilyn Hawrysh, alongside Istvan Major of Filmsquad and George Freeman.

You can watch the “Nuremberg” trailer as the drama is set to debut next month at the Toronto International Film Festival before heading to theaters on November 7.
