Ben Linus From 'Lost' Joins Woody Allen's Next Film, Will Probably Be Creepy In It

null"Lost" may be over, but Ben Linus continues to creep us out thanks to Michael Emerson's magnificent portrayal of the enigmatic member of the Dharma Initiative. And for better or worse, that persona is one that continues to be attached to Emerson, even after the series has ended.

We'll see if he can break the mold he's been put into with a role in Woody Allen's upcoming untitled movie. Emerson joins another strong ensemble being put together by the director that includes Alec Baldwin, Cate Blanchett, Bobby Cannavale, Bradley Cooper and Sally Hawkins. What is it about? Who knows. Plot details are under wraps as they always are, but the film does mark Allen's return to the United States with shooting to take place in San Francisco and New York City.

So, will the director use Emerson's ability to be a total creep to his advantage, or will the actor show off an Allen impression we never knew he had in him? Only time will tell. Filming takes place this summer, after which Emerson will return to "Person Of Interest" on CBS. [Deadline]
