Watch: Sacha Baron Cohen Buys NBC In Super Bowl Spot For 'The Dictator'; 'John Carter' & 'The Avengers' Tease

nullWe're just a few days away from kickoff from when [insert Google search] the New York Giants and New England Patriots rumble at the Super Bowl. We're not football fans around here so all we know about this Sunday is that there's going to be a ton of ads everyone will be talking about on Monday, the game seems like it's nine hours long due to the never-ending pregame programming, and the half-time show is always a hopeless disaster. So the only thing that will keep us mildly curious (and give us an excuse to eat an ungodly amount of hot wings) are the movie ads that will be unspooling.

Sacha Baron Cohen's upcoming comedy "The Dictator" is the first out of the gate, offering up a thirty second spot that is mostly what we've already seen, but it does include a pretty good little joke aimed at those watching the game. Meanwhile, "The Avengers" and "John Carter" have offered up much lamer teaser portions of their ads, but they're worth watching if you want to see a few seconds of The Hulk roaring or whatever.

Anyway, this is just the start of what is sure to be a deluge. Summer blockbuster ads starts in earnest this weekend. Watch below. [via EW]
