A-lister Michael B. Jordan is expected to helm and star in Amazon MGM Studios‘ “Creed IV” (after working with the studio on his “Thomas Crown Affair” remake), but has another tantalizing boxing project on the horizon as the Best Actor Oscar winner (for his dual performance in Ryan Coogler‘s “Sinners“) is part of the team of executive producers looking to bring the life of the late sports/civil rights iconc Muhammad Ali to the small-screen with the new biopic series “The Greatest” coming in the fall to Prime Video, as a new teaser trailer has made it’s way to us.
The Prime high-profile sports world drama series from showrunner/creator Ben Watkins (“Cross”), authorized by the Ali family, the first to do so, stars Jaalen Best, who portrays Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali (Clay converting to Islam by taking the name Muhammad Ali and becoming an anti-war activist when refusing to serve in the U.S. military during the Vietnam War after being drafted).

Other talented actors among the cast are Dana Gourrier, Amin Joseph, Kai Parham, Omari Hardwick, Giovanni Ribisi, and Michael Ealy as the influential civil rights leader Malcolm X.
