Well, if you're going to promote a movie about a relationship that falls apart, it's probably best to market the nice stuff that happens first to at least get people to buy a ticket. And with Terrence Malick's "To The Wonder" getting ready to open in the U.K. next month, yet another one sheet has arrived for the movie, showing our lead couple in happier times.
As you know, Ben Affleck and Olga Kurylenko star in the film that tracks their relationship from the dizzying heights of first meeting in France and falling in love, to the bitter split when they move back to Oklahoma, and grow further apart from each other spiritually, emotionally and sexually. And while Rachel McAdams and Javier Bardem get top billing with them, you should be aware that the former is in the movie for maybe ten minutes while the latter's screentime isn't much longer. That isn't so much a spoiler, as just a heads up.
The picture has certainly been divisive — even amongst The Playlist staff — so all we'll say is that you should just go experience it for yourself. "To The Wonder" opens in the U.K. on February 22nd and in the U.S. on April 12th. [Empire]
