That’s the set-up for “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man,” the all-new movie that marks the return of the beloved BBC/Netflix series. And Tom Harper‘s film isn’t the only new “Peaky Blinders” on the way. Two more sequel seasons of the show are on the way, with Steven Knight returning to pen both.

Here’s a synopsis for “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man,” courtesy of Netflix:

During World War II, Tommy Shelby returns to a bombed Birmingham and becomes involved in secret wartime missions based on true events, facing new threats as he reckons with his past and rising national stakes.

Along with Murphy, “The Immortal Man” also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Stephen Graham, Sophie Rundle, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee, Ian Peck, Jay Lycurog, and Barry Keoghan.

Harper directs “The Immortal Man” from a script by Knight. Knight also leads producers with Murphy, Guy Heeley, Caryn Mandabach, and Jimmy Tandel.

“Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man” hits select theaters on March 6 and debuts on Netflix on March 20. Watch the new trailer for the film below.
