“Friendship”
Tim Robinson brings his signature brand of off-kilter, manic humor to the comedy “Friendship.” Robinson stars as a husband and father whose life is disrupted by the arrival of a new neighbor, played by Paul Rudd. Kate Mara and Jack Dylan Grazer also star in the film, written and directed by Andrew DeYoung.

“Summer Of 69”
Actress Jillian Bell makes her directorial debut in “Summer of ’69,” starring SNL cast member Chloe Fineman. The comedy follows an awkward high school senior who hires an exotic dancer to help seduce her crush before graduation. Sam Morelos, Matt Cornett, and Natalie Morales also star in the film, which had its debut at the 2025 SXSW.

“Hurry Up Tomorrow”
As the artist The Weekend, Abel Tesfaye has made his reverence for film clear throughout his career. In “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” he gets the chance to star in a movie that serves as a companion piece to his album of the same name. Tesfaye plays a fictionalized version of himself, a musician on the verge of a mental breakdown. Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan also star in the film directed by Trey Edward Shults.

“Lilo & Stitch”
The Disney machine keeps on churning with the latest live-action adaptation. This time, it’s a remake of the 2002 film, “Lilo & Stitch.” Chris Sanders, Maia Kealoha, Sydney Elizabeth Agudong, Zach Galifianakis, Billy Magnussen, and Kaipo Dudoit are the film’s stars, which follows a lonely human girl who befriends an alien.
