'Central Park’ Season 2 Trailer: Song And Dance And Looming Gentrification

The second season of Loren Bouchard’s “Central Park” is back with a vengeance, as well as promises of evil condo owners, high notes, hot dogs, and macaroni. The new trailer gives more or less what you’d expect from the creator of “Bob’s Burgers,” focused on a weirdo family dynamic and the other strange and loveable people in their orbit, with an eclectic voice cast to match. Also notable is the recasting of main character Molly, who was previously played by Kristen Bell, now played by Emmy Raver-Lampman after criticisms over the white actress playing a mixed-race character. The first three episodes of the second season of the Emmy Award-nominated series will debut worldwide next Friday, June 25, on Apple TV+, with the remaining five episodes premiering on a weekly basis every Friday. The second half of season two is due later this year with additional episodes.
