Netflix Releases 'Uncut Gems' Supercut Of Every One Of Its 560 F-Bombs

Adam Sandler‘s performance in “Uncut Gems” was one for the books, a memorable role that saw a performer at the peak of his abilities return to the big screen. Though the film received no love from the Oscars, the film still became one of the most beloved films of 2019, and one of its most memorable aspects was the film’s potty mouth.

Indeed, the characters in “Uncut Gems” drop f-bombs 560 times throughout the film, and now Netflix released a supercut so you can experience every f-bomb all over again.

The film is A24‘s highest-grossing movie domestic, earning $50 million. Now that “Uncut Gems” hit Netflix in May (after Netflix had already picked up international distribution for the film), the streaming platform is celebrating the occasion with the supercut.

With a runtime of 135 minutes, “Uncut Gems” contains an average of 4 f-bombs a minute. This means it’s the 4th film with the highest f-bomb count behind “The Wolf of Wall Street,” the very self-explanatory documentary “Fuck” and “Swearnet: The Movie.”

In “Uncut Gems,” Sandler plays gambling-addict jeweler Howard Ratner, and his attempts to pay back some gambling debts by selling a rare black opal. The film also featured Julia Fox, Lakeith Stanfield, Idina Menzel, and Kevin Garnett playing himself.

The film gathered strong reviews, with Sandler, in particular, getting praise for his frantic performance as Howard. Sandler went so far as to threaten to make a movie that is “so bad on purpose” just to make the Academy pay if he didn’t get a nomination — he didn’t. Our own Rodrigo Perez described the film as “masterful symphony of tension building.”
