Finally. After an almost intolerably long wait, Park Chan-Wook's "Stoker" is coming, and headed to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. And now we have two pictures to keep us occupied until it premieres in just over a month.
The director's first English language film rounds up a great cast including Nicole Kidman, Mia Wasikowska, Matthew Goode, Jacki Weaver and more for an eerie, atmospheric, Hitchcock-ian thriller. Here's the official synopsis: After India's father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie comes to live with her and her mother, Evelyn. Soon after his arrival, India suspects that this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives but becomes increasingly infatuated with him.
"Stoker" will be distributed by Fox Searchlight and hit theaters not long after Sundance on March 1, 2013.
