Okay, so "Mad Men" is now out of the way and up and running after the much talked-about season premiere last weekend. But this Sunday, Twitter will light up again when HBO unveils the start of the second season of "Game Of Thrones." Winter is coming, but if you can't wait, you can get a sneak preview below.
The network has unveiled 9 clips from the first two episodes of the season, giving you a look at the returning cast of Cersei (Lena Headey), Tyrion (Peter Dinklage), Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) and more. And oh yeah, there is a dragon in here too. Just yesterday we discussed how the game is changing in terms of how audiences use social media as they watch movies and TV shows. And indeed, HBO has also announced that HBO GO will now be available as an iPad app just in time for the season premiere. So what do you get? Well, as you watch the episode you can pause and get character backgrounds, cast interviews, commentaries, quotes, maps and more. Sounds pretty irritating for us old fogies, but these young kids with their smartphones and hip hop music probably love it.
Anyway, everything gets underway on Sunday night at 9 PM. Watch below.
