Are you finished with hair and make-up? Well, it’s time to get into costume before you head to set. No surprise then that the Costume Designers Guild revealed their nominees for the 26th CDGA Awards the day after their peers in the Make-Up and Hairstyling guild. There were no major surprises this year with expected Oscar nominees “Poor Things,” “Barbie,” and “Killers of the Flower Moon” all making the cut.
Other potential Oscar nominees earning recognition were “Saltburn,” “Oppenheimer,” “Maestro,” and “The Little Mermaid.”
On the television side, “The Last of Us,” “Ahsoka,” “Beef,” “Poker Face,” and “The Bear” were among the programs earning their first CDG Awards nominations.
This year’s host and individual honorees will be revealed in the weeks to come.
The winners of the 26th CDG Awards will be handed out on Wednesday, February 21, at NeueHouse Hollywood.
