After “The Studio” and “The Penguin” ruled the first night of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, it was “SNL 50’s” turn to dominate. The NBC variety special took home seven statues, including writing, production design, and technical direction, among others. Peacock’s “The Traitors” won four Emmys, including a back-to-back reality hosting win for Alan Cumming. HBO’s “Pee-wee As Himself” won three Emmys, including Outstanding Documentary.

In other categories, Barack Obama won his second straight Outstanding Narrator Emmy for “Our Oceans,” while Jimmy Kimmel won Outstanding Host for a Game Show for “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.” It was a big night for Netflix as “Queer Eye” and “Love on the Spectrum” won both the competitive Structured and Unstructured Reality Program categories.
The rest of this year’s Emmy winners will be announced on Sunday.
