Sarcasm aside, “Halloween Ends” is an exciting film for fans of the franchise. This is the film that is expected to finally end the storyline that began in the 1978 original film, which pits Laurie Strode against the masked Michael Myers. Who will win? Who will survive? No one knows, just yet, but we can expect plenty of blood and gore along the way.

The cast for the new “Halloween” film includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Andi Matichak, James Jude Courtney, Will Patton, Rohan Campbell, and Kyle Richards. Once again, the film is directed by David Gordon Green and written by Paul Brad Logan, Chris Bernier, Danny McBride, and Green.

Here’s the synopsis:

Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell; The Hardy Boys, Virgin River), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.
