Kevin Spacey went missing for most of 2018, while allegations began to surface about his inappropriate behavior with young men came to light. Some accused him of harassment. Some accused him of assault. However, one thing was for sure, Spacey was shunned from the public eye and spent most of the year to himself. But that all changed a couple days ago, when the actor released a really odd (and creepy) video message and was then formally charged with sexual assault. Now, to make matters worse for the disgraced actor, a police report claims that there is a video of the aforementioned incident.
According to a new report from Mass Live, the police report regarding the most recent sexual assault allegations against Kevin Spacey, that ended with formal charges being filed, includes mention that the victim recorded a Snapchat video of the actor touching the front of his pants while at a bar. This alleged video would go a long way to back up the victim’s claims that Spacey assaulted him while at a bar in 2016.
The police report also states that the victim went to the local police on October 31, 2016, but nothing was investigated until last year, when he went to state police. Obviously, the first report would pre-date any of the recent allegations made against Spacey.
As mentioned earlier, Spacey did release a video where he spoke directly to the camera, “House of Cards”-style, and seemed to address the allegations and his banishment from Hollywood, while also insinuating that the truth is very different than what has been reported. Of course, this was made before the criminal charges, and there has yet to be any word from Spacey regarding this latest development.
It would appear that Spacey will be ringing in the new year much like he did for most of 2018, in silence.
