When “Slow Horses” debuted on Apple TV+, the series ended with a surprise— not only has the show been picked up for Season 2, but they already had filmed it. So, even though the first season only debuted back in April, the next batch of “Slow Horses” episodes will debut before the end of the year.
As seen in the new trailer for “Slow Horses” Season 2, the series picks up with our delightful band of misfit MI5 agents as they have a new mystery to investigate. This time, the team is trying to find out what happened to a former agent who died. The investigation leads them down the rabbit hole of Russian spies and embedded sleeper agents.
Gary Olman returns as the leader of the group, Jackson Lamb. He’s joined by a cast that includes Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Rosalind Eleazar, Dustin Demri-Burns, Christopher Chung, Freddie Fox, Chris Reilly, Samuel West, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Kadiff Kirwan, and Jonathan Pryce.
“Slow Horses” Season 2 debuts on Apple TV+ on December 2. You can watch the trailer below.
