The question with Best Actress in a Drama Series is whether you think the final season love for “Game of Thrones” will spread to other categories. If you do buy that theory than predicting Emila Clarke winning is a smart move. If you think Emmy voters will instead spread the love than “Killing Eve’s” Sandra Oh winning on her second nomination after taking Golden Globes and SAG Awards earlier this year is likely the best bet.
