The promotional push for “Due Date” continues with a clever quadruplet of new posters, offering a hilarious chronicle of the cross country journey in the film at different stages of the trip.
“Due Date” stars Robert Downey Jr. as a high-strung man forced to hitch a ride with an aspiring actor (Zach Galifianakis) and his cute French bulldog on a road trip in order to make it to his child’s birth on time. The picture also co-stars Jamie Foxx and Michelle Monaghan and has appearances by Juliette Lewis, Danny McBride, RZA and Alan Arkin. While the Playlist team has been somewhat divided by what we’ve seen so far, the one thing we all agree on: the latest trailer was solid and very, very funny.
The R-rated comedy hits theaters on November 5th.
