Yesterday, if you’re a fan of the NFL, you know that the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs both won their respective games and are heading to the Super Bowl in a couple of weeks. Well, this isn’t a sports website, and you might not give a shit about who is playing in the “Big Game.” However, if you enjoy famous actors, the Super Bowl is actually meaningful because it leads to companies shelling out tons of money to stand out among the crowd with high-profile commercials that air during the game. And one of the first of these to be released online already features none other than Adam Driver. So, yeah, we’re starting strong.
As seen in the new Squarespace ad, Adam Driver is front-and-center in a commercial about, well, himself. It’s an ad showing various versions of Adam Driver who are all working together to create a Squarespace ad. It’s silly, it’s funny, and it does show that Driver is a man with quite a bit of range.
It’s a good time for Adam Driver right now, too. Not only is he in a Super Bowl ad that will be seen by millions and millions of people, but he is also on the verge of releasing his next big-budget feature, “65,” where he fights dinosaurs. That’s pretty badass, right? Not only that, but he’s also got a high-profile drama on the horizon, with Michael Mann’s “Ferrari.” And while not likely to be a 2023 release, he’s in the middle of shooting “Megalopolis” with Francis Ford Coppola.
