As seen in the trailer for the upcoming Hulu series, “No Man’s Land” tells the story of a man on the hunt for his sister, who is believed to be dead. However, the brother doesn’t believe that at all. In fact, he has a suspicion that his sister is very much alive and is currently part of the YPG, a unit of Kurdish female soldiers that are on a mission to destroy ISIS. As you might expect, this theory sends the young French man on a journey to the heart of a war-torn country with no real skills and just the hope to reunite with his sibling.

The series stars Félix Moati, Mélanie Thierry, James Purefoy, Souheila Yacoub, Joe Ben Ayed, James Floyd, Dean Ridge, Julia Faure, François Caron, and Céline Samie. “No Man’s Land” is co-created by Ron Leshem (“Euphoria”), Maria Feldman (“False Flag”), Eitan Mansuri (“When Heroes Fly”), and Amit Cohen (“False Flag”). Cohen and Leshem also co-wrote the series with Xabi Molia. Oded Ruskin (“False Flag”) directed the entire 8-episode series.
