“A Murder At The End Of The World”
Created by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij for FX, “A Murder at the End of the World” stars Emma Corrin, Marling, Clive Owen, Harris Dickinson, Raúl Esparza, Joan Chen, and more. The murder mystery, psychological horror follows an amateur detective who, along with eight other guests, is invited by a reclusive billionaire to a remote retreat. Following the death of one of the guests, the detective seeks to prove who the murderer is.
Release Date: Season 1 premieres November 14 on FX on Hulu.
“The Crown” (Season 6)
The sixth and final season of the Netflix series “The Crown” returns for the first of its two-part season. Imelda Staunton and Jonathan Pryce both resume their roles as Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip. The first four episodes of the season will explore the events surrounding the tragic death of Princess Diana in 1997, here played by Elizabeth Debicki.
Release Date: Season 6 Part 1 premieres November 16 on Netflix.
“Scott Pilgrim Takes Off”
Edgar Wright re-teams with his “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” cast as executive producer for another stab at the comic series, this time in an anime adaptation for Netflix, “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.” Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ellen Wong, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, and more return for the series, which once again follows Scott as he fights off the evil exes of his dream girl. Developed by Bryan Lee O’Malley and BenDavid Grabinski and directed by Abel Góngoram, the series is produced by the animation studio Science Saru.
Release Date: Season 1 premieres November 17 on Netflix.
“Fargo” (Season 5)
Jon Hamm, Juno Temple, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Joe Keery, and Lamorne Morris are the latest actors signed on to join Noah Hawley for the fifth season of “Fargo.” Set in 2019, the anthology series will follow a young woman who, despite her typical Midwestern housewife appearance, is actually harboring a dark and mysterious past that comes back to haunt her after a run-in with the authorities.
Release Date: Season 5 premieres November 21 on FX.
