21 November Films To See: ‘Die My Love,’ ‘Jay Kelly’ ‘Hamnet,’ ‘Knives Out 3’ & More

Sentimental Value
In Joachim Trier’s (“The Worst Person in the World”) latest, the director tackles complex, familial relationships with “Sentimental Value.” Written by Trier and Eskil Vogt, the film stars Stellan Skarsgård as an aging director who looks to heal his relationship with his estranged daughters while filming his latest, autobiographical film. Renate Reinsve, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, and Elle Fanning star. 
Release Date: In theaters November 7 via NEON. 

Peter Hujar’s Day
Ben Whishaw and filmmaker Ira Sachs reunite in the biopic “Peter Hujar’s Day.” A two-hander between Whishaw and Rebecca Hall, the film takes an intimate look at the world of artists in the 1970s, following a lengthy discussion between photographer Peter Hujar and writer Linda Rosenkrantz. The film premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival

The Running Man” 
Edgar Wright and Glen Powell team up for the year’s latest Stephen King adaptation. Based on the novel of the same name (which has already been adapted into a film in the ‘80s starring Arnold Schwarzenegger), “The Running Man” takes place in a near future where people take part in a 30-day competition where, if you avoid being killed by assassins, you win a substantial cash reward. Powell leads the film as a father looking for money to save his sick daughter. William H. Macy, Lee Pace, Michael Cera, Emilia Johns, Daniel Ezra, Jayme Lawson, Colman Domingo, and Josh Brolin star.

Now You See Me: Now You Don’t”  
Director Ruben Fleischer (“Uncharted”) steps up to the plate for “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,” the third film in the heist series. Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Isla Fisher, and Morgan Freeman all return as the film follows the Four Horsemen as they reunite for a high-stakes heist. Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt, and Rosamund Pike all join the cast.

Keeper
Following her brief but memorable turn in “The Monkey” earlier this year, Tatiana Maslany joins up again with filmmaker Osgood Perkins for his latest, “Keeper.” Maslany and Rossif Sutherland star as Liz and Malcolm, a couple who make a trip to a secluded cabin only for Malcom to suddenly leave. Liz is left to face an evil entity as it unveils the cabin’s horrors.
