Marion Cotillard Says She Always Cries At The Ending Of 'Step Brothers'

There are plenty of movies which have the reputation of truly tugging at the heart strings, but “Step Brothers” isn’t one of them. Unless you’re Marion Cotillard, with the Oscar-winning actress recently revealing that not only is she a fan of the antics of Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, but she gets outright choked up whenever she watches the comedy.

“It might sound weird, but I always cry at the end of ‘Step Brothers.’ I’ve seen the movie ten times, and it still touches me at the end, when Will Ferrell sings,” she told W (via Vulture). “You don’t expect to cry watching that type of comedy, but I always do.”

We didn’t think we could like Cotillard any more than we already do, but there you go. But her connection to the wacky comedy stylings of Adam McKay and co. isn’t that surprising. She had a cameo role in the director’s “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues,” and also appeared in the ridiculous “Forehead Tittaes” sketch on the McKay and Ferrell co-founded site Funny Or Die. Now, can we please have the proper Cotillard/Ferrell buddy comedy that’s just aching to be made?
