New Trailer For Asghar Farhadi’s Double Cannes Prize-Winning 'The Salesman'

It’s been pretty incredible to watch the rise of Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi. Breaking out to international attention with “A Separation,” he hasn’t missed a step since, following that film with “The Past,” and then with this year’s double Cannes prize-winning (for Best Screenplay and Best Actor) “The Salesman.” The attention and acclaim has also seen renewed interest his earlier films, with “About Elly” and “Fireworks Wednesday” receiving belated stateside theatrical releases. So, fans of the filmmaker have plenty to dive into, but the focus this fall will be on “The Salesman.”
