'Night School' Trailer: Tiffany Haddish Will Beat The GED Answers Out Of Kevin Hart If She Has To

Keeping with the school theme of the film, “Night School” is hoping the variables used to populate this movie-making equation can lead to the right box office answer. Okay, I admit that was a bit of a stretch, but when you add Kevin Hart, Tiffany Haddish, and the director of “Girls Trip” together, it sounds like a box office no-brainer, right?

And in the latest trailer for “Night School,” it’s clear that director Malcolm D. Lee is putting most of the comedic firepower in the hands of Haddish and Hart, as they flip around, dance in silly costumes, and deliver jokes at a rapid fire pace. If you’re looking for a fall festival darling or Oscar contender, then keep moving. However, if you want a film that features a rag-tag group of adult GED students attempting to heist a test from their teacher, then look no further!

“Night School” stars the aforementioned Haddish and Hart, both of which are at the top of their game recently, along with a variety of “Hey, that’s that person from that thing!” actors that have populated recent comedies, including Rob Riggle, Taran Killam, Romany Malco, and Mary Lynn Rajskub.

“Night School” is set to be released on September 28.

Here’s the synopsis:

Star Kevin Hart and producer Will Packer, who partnered for the hit Ride Along and Think Like a Man series, bring their signature style to Night School. The comedy from director Malcolm D. Lee (Girls Trip) follows a group of misfits who are forced to attend adult classes in the longshot chance they’ll pass the GED exam. Co-stars Tiffany Haddish, Rob Riggle, Taran Killam and Romany Malco join Hart on-screen for the film that Hart produces for his Hartbeat Productions, and Packer via his Will Packer Productions.
