'Servant' Season 3 Teaser: M. Night Shyamalan's Apple TV+ Thriller Series Returns In January

Apple TV+ holds a weird position in the Streaming Wars. Unlike Disney+, Paramount+, HBO Max, and even Peacock, Apple TV+ doesn’t have the luxury of a massive pre-existing film and TV library to serve as a foundation of the service. The tech company has to start from scratch, meaning rushing out as much content as possible. Thus, we’re getting things like “Servant” Season 3 when it feels like Season 2 just ended.

As seen in the teaser, “Servant” is back for Season 3. And much like the previous two installments, the M. Night Shyamalan-produced series returns with more chills and frights, as a family has to deal with the ramifications of all that has happened with the creepy people they let into their lives. Basically, if you have seen Seasons 1 and 2, you know what to expect.

Though it does seem like “Servant” Season 3 is being rushed out, the show did end its run this year back in March, so it’s still almost a year between seasons. But with the pandemic delaying the returns of shows like “Succession,” “Better Call Saul,” “Barry,” and other annual favorites, it’s rare to see a series with such a quick turnaround time like this.

Night Shyamalan, Ishana Night Shyamalan, Carlo Mirabella-Davis, Dylan Holmes, Celine Held & Logan George, Kitty Green, and Veronika Franz & Severin Fiala.

Here’s the synopsis:
