Disney+ has released the brand-new trailer for “The End of an Era,” a six-part behind-the-scenes docuseries chronicling the unprecedented global phenomenon of “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour.” The series promises an intimate look at the tour’s creation, execution, and cultural impact, featuring exclusive interviews, concert footage, and never-before-seen moments from Swift’s record-shattering run.

Directed by Don Argott and co-directed by Sheena M. Joyce, the docuseries includes appearances from Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Travis Kelce, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch, along with Swift’s longtime collaborators, crew, dancers, and family members. Each episode unpacks the emotional and logistical scope behind the tour that redefined live performance in the streaming era.
The first two episodes of “The End of an Era” will premiere exclusively on Disney+ starting December 12, with two new episodes dropping weekly. That same night, ABC will air a special primetime event featuring Episode 1 of the series and a one-hour presentation of “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show.”
Filmed during the tour’s final stop in Vancouver, B.C., “The Final Show” marks the first concert film to include the full live set from “The Tortured Poets Department,” Swift’s chart-topping 2024 album. The film was directed by Glenn Weiss and produced by Taylor Swift Productions in association with Silent House Productions, a collaboration that allowed Swift to maintain meticulous creative control throughout every phase of her career.
“The End of an Era” is produced by Object & Animal, with Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show also debuting on Disney+ December 12. Between the concert and docuseries premieres, Swift fans are set to relive the artistry, ambition, and emotion of a tour that defined a generation of pop spectacle.
