The Park Is Open: First Brief Teaser & Poster For 'Jurassic World' Arrives

Jurassic WorldThe movie tagline is perhaps an underappreciated art. We can usually acknowledge when certain ones don’t work, but when they do, it’s hard to articulate why, and the "Jurassic Park" series has had some mixed success as such. The first movie teased audiences with "Life Finds A Way," the sequel went with "Something Has Survived," while "Jurassic Park III" (unfortunately) declared "This Time It’s Not Just A Walk In The Park!" But "Jurassic World" gets the franchise back on some good footing.

The first teaser poster has arrived, and the message is simple and effective: The Park Is Open. And while we’ve seen a smattering of images from the movie featuring stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, among others, there has yet to be a real look at the film’s dinosaurs, so the classic logo will have to do in the interim.

Are you sufficiently teased? Does this stoke your faith that Colin Trevorrow and co. will bring the series back to former glories? Find out on June 12, 2015.
