Quentin Tarantino may fiercely be holding on to VHS, but for the rest of us, streaming the latest movie or television show is no big deal. And so our attention turns to Netflix‘s big autumn. In a few weeks, the streaming giant’s Oscar contender "Beasts Of No Nation" will go worldwide, and in November comes the service’s next Marvel series "Jessica Jones." A new teaser has arrived for the latter.
In case you’re still playing catch up to the character played by Krysten Ritter, Jones is a former superhero living in New York City who turns to detective work. But as you’ll see in this brief glimpse, her powers haven’t exactly disappeared, and it’s probably a safe bet the non-heroic life will lose its appeal at some point during the inaugural season.
Featuring David Tennant (as Kilgrave), Mike Colter (as Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (as Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty and Wil Traval, "Jessica Jones" arrives on November 20th.
