“The Jinx – Part Two”
The confession was apparently just the beginning. In 2015, Andrew Jarecki’s documentary series, “The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst,” was a smash sensation for HBO and arguably kicked off the true-crime docu-series phenomenon that flourished during the beginning of the streaming age. At the end of the series, Durst essentially confessed on a hot mic to the murders he committed and then was found guilty six years later. ‘Part Two’ documents the trial, the series’ aftermath, and the story’s continuation.

“Big Door Prize” (Season 2)
Chris O’Dowd returns for the whimsical comedy series “The Big Door Prize.” Season one followed the antics of a small town whose inhabitants’ lives are changed forever at the arrival of a mysterious machine that reveals everyone’s true potential. Season two sees them encountering the mysterious “next stage.” Based on the novel by M.O. Walsh, the series stars Gabrielle Dennis (“All American”), Josh Segarra (“Abbott Elementary,” “The Other Two”), Crystal R. Fox (“Utopia”), and more.
Premiere Date: April 24 on Apple TV+.
“Knuckles”
A spin-off from the “Sonic The Hedgehog” movie franchise, the series centers on the title character Knuckles, voiced by Idris Elba. The series centers on Knuckles training a new ally, facing off against a former Robotnik follower, and struggling to adapt to his new life on Earth. Created by John Whittington (“DC League of Super-Pets”) and Toby Ascher, the series stars Elba, Adam Pally, reprising his role from the ‘Sonic’ films and featuring appearances by Cary Elwes, Stockard Channing, Scott Mescudi, Tika Sumpter, Christopher Lloyd and Ben Schwartz voicing Sonic.
Premiere Date: April 26 on Parmount+.
“The Veil”
Written by award-winning screenwriter/showrunner Steven Knight (“Peaky Blinders,” “Eastern Promises,” “Taboo”), the limited series spy thriller centers on a deadly game of truth and lies as two women travel from Istanbul to Paris and London, with one of them possessing a secret that the other needs to expose. Elisabeth Moss stars as a veteran M16 agent alongside Yumna Marwan, Josh Charles, and Dali Benssalah.
Premiere Date: April 30 on Hulu via FX.
